Event Planning
Our Events Coordinator will provide full service for your upcoming event needs, by guiding you through the entire process from selecting a date, to setting a theme and creating a sumptuous menu.
The Gateway Club has a number of rooms available for private groups – from an intimate dinner to a reception for 250. To book any of the rooms or request information, please contact our Events Office, Suzanne Tinsley- Info@TheGatewayClub.com.

Member Rates

The Clark & The Holmes Rooms(Seating up to 10 people)$0 Rental Fee for 2 hours; $15 Rental or Food & Beverage minimum each additional hour.

The Mostrom(Seating up to 30 people)$0 Rental Fee for 2 hours; $25 Rental or Food & Beverage minimum each additional hour.

The Grand Ballroom(Maximum Capacity 200 people) $0 Rental Fee for 4 hours ($750 value); $250 Set-Up Fee
Non-Member Rates
